2. Product Specifications & Pricing Modifications

We continuously maintain and update catalog listings, product attributes, pricing benchmarks, and stock counts. However, unintended typographical mistakes, minor technical variances, or display discrepancies may occasionally arise. We reserve the full right to rectify any numerical or clerical slips, revise retail prices, adjust order quantities, or remove specific products from sale at any point without prior legal liability.

3. Order Processing & Logistical Schedules

4. Exclusive Settlement Framework: Cash on Delivery (COD) Only

  • Zero Advance Online Payments: We conduct our sales operations solely on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Our platform does not accept, require, or support credit cards, debit cards, electronic bank wires, or virtual wallet checkouts.

  • Handover Payment: No payment is taken upfront. You retain the right to inspect your parcel upon arrival and deliver the exact physical cash amount straight to the delivery courier.

  • Fee Transparency: If you decide to refuse the package at your doorstep or submit an approved return, we assess no hidden administrative surcharges, cancellation fees, or restocking penalties.

5. Statutory Return Window & Cancellation Rights

  • 14-Day Return Window: You hold the statutory consumer entitlement to request an authorized return and reimbursement within 14 calendar days counting from the date your consignment is physically delivered.

  • Merchandise Standards: Returned items must remain completely clean, unused, unwashed, and retained in their intact original packaging alongside all included accessories, manuals, and documentation. 6. User Conduct & Storefront Integrity
